It’s Summertime! Which means us mommas are in need of engaging activities to keep our kids busy.
With 3 little boys (one being a toddler) I turn to sensory bottles often. So today I am going to share this super simple magnetic sensory bottle with you!
For this sensory bottle you’ll need a good bottle with a tight fitting lid. I got these at Michaels and love them! They’re great quality, tight fitting and cute to display.
Next you’ll want some metal paperclips. I got these at Walmart. I loved how colorful they were!
Then you’ll need some magnets! These are from Amazon. They come in a pack with several bright fun colors. The magnet is strong and it’s easy for small hands to hold and drag across the bottle.
Now that we have gone over all of our must haves - let’s assemble! This is so easy you can have your kids do it themselves. Just put the paperclips into the bottle, add water and tighten the lid on. That’s it!
The kids will have a blast watching the magnets move with the wand like magic! A great learning opportunity for your little ones about how magnets work - and a super fun activity for a busy toddler!
