3 Ingredient Elderberry Popsicles

It’s a hot week here in Oklahoma - over 90 degrees! So I’m going to share with you a great way to keep your kids hydrated and boost their immune systems…

These amazing popsicles are filled with electrolytes and all the immune boosting benefits of elderberries and aronia berries! Plus they’re sweetened with local honey.

You’ll need a popsicle mould. I got this one at the Dollar Tree.

And then for the popsicles you only need three ingredients. First is the hero - our elder-aronia syrup! We get ours from The Elderberry Source out of Las Vegas. It’s incredible! She has spent years perfecting this recipe for maximum benefit and I highly recommend it! If you want to use a different syrup or make your own that’s fine. But I definitely would encourage you to check out her shop. I put 1 Tbsp of the syrup in each compartment.

Next is your sweetener! We are using this honey that is local to our area, just one teaspoon per compartment. Use whatever sweetener you prefer - we just love this honey!

And finally coconut water! Filled with electrolytes and perfect for hydration during those hot summer months! Make sure you pour it to the top.

Finally just stir each compartment up thoroughly, replace lids and freeze. That’s it!
